MAYA president Jennifer Crescenzo was a sporadic meditator at best who always struggled to cultivate ease in seated meditation. She felt kind of stuck. So, to get &#8220;unstuck&#8221;, she decided to confront her meditation woes with a 30-day Meditation Challenge! The basic goal was to meditate every day for 30 straight days and to record the details of each meditation experience. The larger goal was to see what effects, if any, a daily meditation practice would have on her body, mind, and spirit.</p>
