MAYA wants to nurture, support and encourage it’s members’ growth in yoga. Currently, the scholarship fund is $1,500.00 annually. From these funds MAYA makes grants in amounts up to $300.00 toward training/education expenses. MAYA also grants free tuition to its events.
Any current MAYA member may apply for a scholarship. You will need to tell us the amount of your request and what you intend to use it for. Two yoga teachers or Board members need to sign-off on your application. The MAYA Board approves scholarship applications on a first-come, first-served basis.
